Additional prices for services on demand
- Additional price for an apartment with view (first floor): + 5 euro per day; +30 euro per week;
- Additional price for an apartment with a little terrace (ground floor): + 5 euro per day; +30 euro per week;
- Additional price for a FIFTH PERSON in A TWO ROOMS APARTMENT: + 10 euro per day; +60 euro per week.
BED AND BREAKFAST: services and comforts included in the price:

- room with little balcony and/or window;
- TV and independent air conditioning system;
- en suite bathrooms with shower-box;
- daily cleanings;
- towels and bedlinen (change every three days, extra on demand, 5,00 € per person).

- free internal car parking area;
- transfer services from/to the airport (with fee);
- car hire (with fee);
- breakfast;
- panoramic terrace with view on Saline, Trapani and Erice.

General conditions and reductions
- check-in: from 12.00 (am);
- check-out: within 10.00 (am);
- children between 3 and 10 years: additional price 10,00 € per night;
- children under 3 years: free stay.
Payment conditions
- to confirm a reservation it is necessary to send a bank transfer of 30% on the total amount (50% for one night stay);
- for last-minute reservations it is possible confirming without the payment of the deposit , but sending the credit card idetails under guarantee;
- payment of the balance at the arrival on cash or through credit card (all the most kown cards).
